Sales Trainer (Multi‑Method Sales Expertise)

Location: Whitechapel, London
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Trainer with deep expertise across multiple proven sales methodologies. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on transforming sales teams, elevating performance, and turning hesitant callers into high‑impact closers.

You will design and deliver engaging training that empowers sales professionals to confidently open conversations, handle objections, and close opportunities using a range of modern and classic sales approaches. If you know how to bring the energy, sharpen the message, and create measurable results, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and deliver high‑impact cold calling training programmes

* Coach sales teams on a variety of sales methodologies, such as:

* SPIN Selling

* Challenger Sale

* Sandler

* Consultative Selling

* Solution Selling

* MEDDIC/MEDDPICC

* Value‑based selling

* Conduct live call coaching, feedback sessions, and call‑shadowing to embed best practices.

* Create training materials, scripts, frameworks, and playbooks tailored to different industries and buyer personas.

* Evaluate trainee performance using metrics, call reviews, and behavioural indicators to track progress.

* Work collaboratively with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and align training with business objectives.

* Stay up‑to‑date with modern outbound techniques, sales psychology, and cold call optimisation strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

* Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Cold Calling Expert, or Sales Coach.

* Demonstrable background applying and teaching multiple sales methodologies (not just one).

* Strong ability to analyse sales conversations and provide clear, actionable feedback.

* Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

* Experience creating structured training content and sales enablement material.

* Confidence delivering training to groups of all sizes—from new starters to senior sales execs.

* A results‑driven mindset supported by data, call metrics, and conversion improvements.

Preferred Attributes

* High energy, motivational style—able to inspire and influence.

* Empathy and emotional intelligence, with the ability to adapt teaching style to diverse learners.

* Strong understanding of modern outbound tools (diallers, CRM systems, conversational intelligence platforms, etc.).

* Passion for continuous improvement and keeping ahead of industry best practices.

* Comfortable delivering constructive criticism with tact and professionalism.
