Responsibilities
* Provide product consultation, training and support on protection testing and diagnostic equipment for digital protection systems to our customers.
* Troubleshoot technical problems for customers and sales support, provide on‑site support for all questions concerning OMICRON applications.
* Develop and deliver training for OMICRON products, both in person and via webinars.
* Provide input on new products, product strategy, development and application needs.
* Work directly with power system assets in generation, transmission and distribution areas.
* Manage and develop application notes and technical papers, including presentations at relevant seminars and conferences.
* Travel share up to 50%.
Qualifications
* Graduate degree in electronics or electrical engineering.
* Several years of experience in power systems, especially substation protection apparatus.
* Customer support experience and enjoy giving training in classroom and field environments.
* Proactive, open personality; service‑oriented and enjoys working with customers and motivated team.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Flexible and willing to travel to other countries.
