The company Our client is a well-established independent high end fashion/tailoring brand that provides bespoke, fully sustainable wardrobe solutions for style savvy gentlemen. Their particular expertise lies in delivering the all-important perfect fit for people looking for more than off the shelf fitting clothing, for all occasions.The role As part of their planned expansion, they are now seeking to recruit an experienced business development sales executive passionate about luxury fashion to join them as a Business Development Executive covering the Buckinghamshire area. On a day-to-day basis, you will be visiting clients on your territory to develop new business opportunities selling in the companies bespoke on-site tailoring service. The target market is High Net Worth individuals and professionals, such as lawyers, accountants and solicitors who do not have the time to shop for themselves and are looking to use a bespoke tailor for their clothing requirements.The person We are looking for an individual who is passionate about luxury men’s clothing and who possesses the following skills and experience:-
* Experience in high end fashion retail and or tailoring
* Used to working in a targeted, face-to-face sales environment, offering a high level of service to customers to meet their expectations.
* A track record of business development and working to targeted sales.
* Great communication skills with the ability to build a rapport quickly with all types of decision makers.
* Confident, energetic and enthusiastic, you will be a creative thinker who thrives under pressure
* Good diplomacy, tact and negotiation skills
* Full clean driving licence
Experience gained within Menswear/Womenswear and/or within a luxury/premium retail or hospitality environment, although beneficial, is not essential if you possess the other skills and experience we requireThe rewards
* Basic salary of £30,000+
* 15% commission bonus (uncapped)
* Use of a company vehicle
