We are looking for a Unit Co-ordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Clinical colleagues.
Position:
As an on-site Unit Co-ordinator for IPRS PFAS, you will be in a client-facing role working alongside clinical colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.
Main duties:
1. Monitoring and overseeing the administrative tasks of the centre
2. Regularly liaising with clinical and non-clinical colleagues at various UK locations
3. Managing client appointments
4. Meeting and greeting people politely and recording attendance on our bespoke databases
5. Document attendance to spreadsheets using Excel
6. Complete courtesy calls to claimants
Additional duties:
1. Monitoring and overseeing the administrative tasks of the centre
2. Regularly liaising with clinical and non-clinical colleagues at various UK locations
3. Managing client appointments
4. Meeting and greeting people politely and recording attendance on our bespoke databases
5. Document attendance to spreadsheets using Excel
6. Complete courtesy calls to claimants
7. Update diaries accurately
8. Collate weekly submissions
Requirements:
Qualifications:
* 5 GCSEs
* Training will be provided
Essential knowledge:
* Customer service/reception experience and confidence in dealing with the public in difficult situations
* Experience in a clinical environment is an advantage but training will be provided
Skills & Abilities:
* Good customer service and admin experience
* Experience in Microsoft Office, knowledge of GDPR, and preferably experience working in a clinical environment
Other information:
Salary: £25,396.80 per annum
Position: Full-time, permanent
Location: On-Site (Bury St Edmunds)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
