The Construction Project Manager Role
The Construction Project Manager will be instrumental in managing projects within the industrial and logistics sector. This role involves working closely with a diverse clientele, including funds/investors, developers, and occupiers, ensuring their needs are met with precision and efficiency.
The focus will be on managing everything from single let units to larger multi-let estates, as well as handling the acquisition and disposal of commercial property investments.

2. Coordinating with a team of specialists across various service lines including project management, building consultancy, and investment.
3. Providing expertise in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property investments.
4. Ensuring effective client communication and timely delivery of projects.
5. Catering to a wide range of clients including property companies, institutional investors, and high net worth individuals.

6. Must have substantial experience in managing construction projects, specifically in the industrial and logistics sector.
7. Is adept at handling both single let units and larger multi-let estates.
