What You'll Be Doing: Providing autonomous nursing care in line with best practices and national guidelines
Delivering long-term condition management (e.g., diabetes, asthma, dementia)
Administering vaccinations and immunisations for children and adults
Conducting diagnostic investigations and interpreting results where required
Maintaining high standards of infection control and safeguarding procedures
Supporting patients with health promotion and education
Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
What We're Looking For: Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
Experience in primary care, general practice, or urgent care (preferred but not essential)
Skills in wound care, phlebotomy, ECG recording, and minor illness management
Knowledge of QOF and NHS frameworks is an advantage
A compassionate and professional approach to patient care
