ASSISTANT MANAGER – MAYFAIR
LUXURY FASHION | UP TO £35,000 + COMMISSION

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support the Store Manager in leading daily store operations and commercial performance
* Lead from the front on the shopfloor, delivering consistently exceptional client experiences
* Coach, motivate, and develop a team of 7 to achieve and exceed KPIs and targets
* Drive individual and store performance through hands-on selling and clienteling
* Maintain high standards across VM, stock management, and operational excellence
REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous experience in a Senior Sales, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager position
* Energetic, dynamic, and naturally motivating leadership style
* Strong understanding of retail KPIs, commercial performance, and team development
* Hands-on, shopfloor-focused approach with a passion for luxury selling
* Confident, articulate, and professionally presented at all times
