Dainton Beer took over the former home of The Public Brewery in Croydon in 2022, turning it into a second taphouse for their brand.

JOB DESCRIPTION: CHEF – DAINTON TAPHOUSE CROYDON
Dainton Taphouse Croydon is on the hunt for a creative, passionate Chef to join our team and help take our food offering to the next level!
We’re looking for someone who loves great beer, bold flavours and bringing people together through delicious food. You’ll be working alongside a team that thrives on good vibes, busy nights and delivering quality dishes that pair perfectly with our award-winning brews.
What we’re after:
* A chef with fresh ideas who’s excited to experiment and push flavour boundaries.
* Someone who also respects the tried and tested classics – think pub favourites done really well though with a twist and incorporating our beers into the food.
* A deep appreciation for how food and craft beer can complement each other.
* Experience in a fast-paced kitchen and a commitment to consistency, creativity and teamwork.
