What You’ll Do
* Accurately enter and process customer orders in ERP/CRM systems
* Validate pricing, customer details, and required documentation
* Perform quality checks to ensure orders are complete and correct
* Manage turnaround times and prioritise urgent requests
* Liaise with Sales and stakeholders to resolve queries
* Correct errors and support rework where required
* Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards
What We’re Looking For
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience in order processing, billing, or similar workflows
* Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
