As a Sales Controller, you’ll be the driving force behind your site’s success — motivating your team, maximising every sales opportunity, and ensuring our customers leave delighted (and driving something they love).
Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily sales operation and report directly to Management
* “Second face” customers to close deals and enhance satisfaction
* Support the sales team with motivation, training, and leadership
* Implement winning sales plans to hit and exceed targets
* Promote finance and insurance products with confidence and integrity
* Manage payments and finance agreements efficiently
* Deliver a seamless, premium sales experience for every customer
* Handle all documentation and compliance quickly and accurately
* Take customers on test drives and represent our brand with professionalism
* Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business

Qualifications
* Prior experience in car sales
* Effective team leader or management skills
* Ability to consolidate the sale and walk the customer through every stage of the deal
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* A well‑presented, confident individual who is comfortable communicating to a diverse customer base
* A competitive streak that translates to a commitment to hitting targets
* Team player
* Effective time management and flexibility in working patterns needed
