We are recruiting for an experienced Damp and Disrepair Manager on a temporary contract basis, to lead efforts in tackling damp, mould, and disrepair issues across our housing stock — ensuring every property is safe, compliant, and comfortable. About the Role As the Damp and Disrepair Manager, you’ll take ownership of all damp and disrepair cases from start to finish. You’ll lead a team of surveyors and contractors, drive proactive maintenance programmes, and manage responses to complex cases with care and professionalism. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality, customer-centred solutions that meet both legislative and organisational standards.
