Job Title: Retail Store Sales Assistant - Part Time - 1-3 Full Days per week (Monday to Friday)
Location: Newport, Wales

Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
* Restock merchandise and ensure proper display to enhance the shopping experience.
* Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
* Assist the Store Manager with inventory management and stock ordering.
* Handle any customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently.
* Process and Pack Click & Collect and Online Orders for Dispatch
* Social Media Marketing and Content Videos
* Social Medial Live Sales on Facebook and TikTok
Requirements:
* Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
* Basic math skills and attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
* Must be reliable and punctual.
* Understanding of Social Media Sales / Marketing
* Confident in doing Live Sales on Facebook and TikTok
