We are supporting a global biopharmaceutical company who are looking to hire a Senior Project Administrator (SAII level) to support their Talent Management function during a period of strategic change and transformation.
This is a highly hands-on coordination role where you’ll be working closely with senior leaders and global stakeholders, helping to drive delivery of a newly defined global talent strategy.
This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and confident supporting complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive project coordination and administrative support across Talent Management initiatives
* Manage calendars, meetings, documentation and follow-ups with accuracy and discretion
* Track project milestones, risks and deliverables using structured tools
* Support budget tracking, vendor coordination and PO creation
* Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, and stakeholder communications
* Enable strong cross-functional collaboration across global teams
* Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
Key Requirements
* Minimum 6 years’ experience in project administration or coordination
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments
* Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Experience within HR, Talent, Learning or People functions is highly desirable.
