Bank Nursery Practitioner (Casual Staff) – Location: Hertfordshire
Hours: Flexible - typically 8-10 hours per day (covering staff sickness, annual leave, etc.)
Are you passionate about working with children and supporting their early years development? We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Bank Nursery Practitioners.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care and learning opportunities for children following the EYFS framework.
* Support children's physical, emotional, and educational development.
* Work collaboratively with the nursery team to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
* Maintain accurate observations and records when required.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year\'s experience working with EYFS-age children in a nursery or school setting.
* DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply - cost refundable after 20 days of work).
* Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
* Flexibility to work across different shifts as needed.
* Reliable, caring, and passionate about supporting children\'s development.
