On behalf of our client, a tech-led, award-winning company who is driving a change in the parking industry and reimagining urban mobility, we are currently looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager.
The company
Our client is a software-first parking payments company. Their product fully automates the parking journey by detecting when drivers enter and exit enabled car parks and automatically billing them for their length of stay.
About the Role
They are looking for a dedicated and personable Senior Account Manager to maintain Client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will be adept at spotting improvements, ensuring operational efficiency, and driven to provide exceptional customer service. More specifically, the Senior Account Manager will fully manage and develop the Provider-Client relationship in all required ways, serving as the main point of contact for client concerns, operational development, renewals, and upselling.
What you would do:
* Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
* Ensure client retention and renewal of contracts.
* Contact clients to understand their requirements and develop a sales plan.
* Provide after-sales support to retain customers.
* Ensure prompt and accurate responses to clients' queries.
* Build strong client relationships through regular communication.
* Generate progress and health reports for clients and senior leaders.
* Communicate product and pricing details clearly.
* Coordinate with Account Executives and Account Managers to create customized sales plans for key clients.
* Support sales efforts by suggesting company products/services to maximize client satisfaction.
* Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, and coordinate with the sales team.
* Visit sites as needed, including for non-technical support.
What you have:
* ~7 years of experience in Account Management or/and Business Development.
* Proven track record of meeting quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
* Willingness to visit sites as needed (mileage covered).
* Proficiency in customer relationship management software (e.g., Pipeline) and Microsoft Suite is desired, experience with productivity software is a plus.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of target sectors (parking, real estate, hospitality) is a plus.
