Insurance Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) Location: Glasgow Team: Legal 500 Tier-Ranked Department Salary: Generous Remuneration Excellent Benefits The Role Joining a highly regarded L500 team in Glasgow, where you will take responsibility for your own caseload while working closely with Senior Lawyers on complex, high-profile cases. You'll have the autonomy to develop your skills and client relationships, while being supported by a collaborative and approachable leadership team. Your work will include: Managing a diverse caseload of pre-litigated and litigated EL/PL and disease claims Conducting detailed investigations, assessing liability and preparing robust defences Liaising effectively with clients, opposing solicitors, witnesses and courts Advising on all aspects of personal injury litigation and insurance law Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-value claims Assisting with client development, training sessions, and networking events This is an exciting opportunity to deepen your expertise in Insurance Litigation and play a key role within one of Scotland's most respected legal teams. Your Experience NQ-3 years' PQE with experience in Insurance Litigation or Personal Injury (Pursuer or Defender) Proven ability to manage EL/PL claims; exposure to motor, fraud, or disease cases is advantageous Strong understanding of Scottish Court procedures, including the Sheriff Court and Court of Session Excellent case management, organisational and communication skills A proactive, adaptable mindset and ability to manage multiple matters under pressure A genuine team player who also thrives with autonomy and client contact Why This Role?
