We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. Position Summary The Sous Chef supports the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality standards, supervising staff, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities* Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations * Supervise and train kitchen staff * Ensure consistent food quality and presentation standards * Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed * Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations * Step in to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence * Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials Qualifications* 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook * Strong leadership and communication skills * Knowledge of food safety regulations * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Culinary degree preferred but not required * Flexible schedule, including xwzovoh evenings and weekends We are looking for a dedicated culinary professional who takes pride in quality, thrives under pressure, and is ready to grow within a supportive and fast-paced kitchen environment.
