With a strong reputation and a growing pipeline, they’re now looking for a driven Sales Executive to help expand their reach across the UK.
About the Role
This is a hybrid role combining office time in the West Midlands with regular travel to clients and sites across the UK. You’ll manage a blend of existing accounts and new business opportunities, working closely with customers to understand their projects and recommend the right surfacing solutions.
No surfacing experience is needed. You’ll receive comprehensive technical training, hands‑on product coaching, and joint field visits to help you quickly become confident in the full product range.
Key Responsibilities
* Grow existing accounts by nurturing relationships and uncovering new project opportunities.
* Develop new business by promoting surfacing solutions to housing developers, schools, and local authorities across the UK.
* Drive territory performance by identifying and converting commercial opportunities.
* Manage projects end‑to‑end from understanding client needs to producing accurate technical quotes and overseeing orders through to final site handover.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll bring transferable sales experience and the confidence to engage with professional buyers. Ideal backgrounds include:
* Property & Housing – Estate Agent, Senior Negotiator, or New‑Build Sales Executive ready for a Mon–Fri B2B role.
* Construction & Landscaping – selling building products, landscaping materials, or playground equipment.
* Technical Sales – comfortable learning technical detail and explaining commercial benefits.
Essential Requirements
* Full UK driving licence (regular UK travel required).
* Strong communication and listening skills.
* Ability to commute to or be based near Solihull for office days.
