Overview
CNC Miller position available with a growing organization based in Leeds, offering sociable working hours, excellent working conditions, 33 holidays, interesting & varied work and the chance to work as part of a close-knit, friendly team. The employer provides end-to-end solutions to the healthcare industry including design, manufacturing, commissioning and aftercare of bespoke equipment and machinery. The role is permanent and will cover the Midlands area from a base in Yorkshire.
Location and Coverage
The CNC Miller will cover the Midlands area, with the successful candidate able to be based near Birmingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Leicester, Dudley, Stratford, Worcester, Kidderminster, Northampton, Nottingham, etc.
Ideal/Essential Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar position as a CNC Machinist, Setter/Operator, Miller, Programmer, etc.
* The ability to read, interpret and work from engineering drawings.
* Ideal not essential: Formal qualifications within a relevant discipline (Apprenticeship, NVQ/City & Guilds/BTEC Level 3, HNC, HND, etc.).
Working Hours
39 hours per week, on a sociable day shift pattern:
* Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 15:30
* Friday: 07:00 – 14:30
Salary and Benefits
* Annual Salary: Up to £36,504 per annum
* Holiday Allowance: 33 days including public holidays
