Must be a Graduate calibre.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience in logistics management role.

Responsibilities
To maximise the weekly, monthly and annual performance of the site(s) by providing leadership, focusing on customer requirements, effective operational performance, a motivated workforce, succession planning and working in partnership with the customer and formulating relationships within the customer network.
To integrate new working patterns in order to effect continuous improvement. Be able to actively demonstrate effective communications with employees, Trade Unions and the customer base.
Manage a diverse team in order to fulfil business requirements and prioritise effectively so there is no detriment to the customer targets and volumes.
