Haith Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Fabricator/Welder to join our team. Key Responsibilities
* Fabricate mild and stainless steel structures using technical drawings
* Set up and operate fabrication equipment based on material requirements
* Perform thorough safety checks and follow PPE protocols
* Conduct daily inspections on equipment and maintain records
* Ensure high-quality output through diligent quality checks
* Communicate with management to prioritise tasks efficiently
* Keep your work area clean, organised, and compliant
* Use manual dexterity to assemble components with speed and accuracy
* Engage in in-house training, toolbox talks (TBTs), and complete sign-offs
* Collaborate across departments for technical clarity and workflow
* Support departmental compliance, health & safety, and company procedures
* Perform ad hoc duties as directed by management
Person Specification
* Proven experience in fabrication and welding techniques
* Ability to troubleshoot and solve practical engineering problems
* Skilled at reading and interpreting technical drawings
* Team-oriented with a proactive mindset and positive attitude
* Comfortable using overhead cranes and hand tools (training provided)
* Excellent attention to detail in every task
* Commitment to continual improvement and safety excellence
