Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Internal Sales Representative based in Leeds. This role focuses on managing inside sales activities, nurturing customer accounts, generating new business leads, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will also support broader sales initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: Handling inside sales and lead generation to drive business growth Managing and developing customer accounts Providing exceptional customer service to maintain long-term relationships Collaborating with the sales team to meet company targets Supporting sales operations and contributing to process improvements Qualifications: Proven experience in inside sales and lead generation Strong customer service and account management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment Experience or knowledge of materials manufacturing or related industries is advantageous but not essential Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary up to £35,000 per annum Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm (shifts within these hours), totaling 37.5 hours per week Profit share scheme paid annually based on company profitability If you’re an enthusiastic sales professional looking to join a dynamic and growing business, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
