About this Role
The Insurance Solution Architect position requires an experienced professional with an established track record in the Insurance sector, including leading technical programmes.
The focus will be on complex multi-year programmes implementing Guidewire Core platforms, with a preference for expertise in Guidewire Cloud versions. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of core Guidewire applications, such as ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and BillingCenter, to lead and manage essential projects within the insurance sector.
What Your Day Will Look Like
1. Engage with team members and clients proactively
2. Mentor less experienced staff
3. Communicate client needs and potential conflicts clearly
4. Manage project planning, budgeting, and administration
5. Lead workstreams for successful engagement completion
6. Collaborate with business development on proposals
7. Present to senior executives and develop strong client relationships
This Role is for You If
8. You have expertise in IT Solution architecture and integration, specifically for the insurance sector
9. You have a strong background in financial services and insurance industries
10. You excel at understanding and addressing client needs
11. You can communicate effectively and build lasting relationships
12. You can manage priorities and successfully lead concurrent technical projects
13. Certification(s) in Guidewire and Scrum Master will be beneficial
