Position Overview

You will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from inception to completion. Responsibilities
1. Handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions with minimal supervision
2. Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
3. Oversee new build transactions, including Help to Buy and shared ownership schemes
4. Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
5. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices
Requirements
6. Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer
