At Stratstone, our Customer Experience Advisors are responsible for managing the influx of new and prospective enquiries received, through calls and all digital channels. You'll provide customers with a warm introduction to our brand while collecting essential information about their needs and ensuring the enquiry is seamlessly transitioned to one of our seasoned Sales Executives.

You'll have the opportunity to be involved with:

* Being a true expert and fully knowledgeable on our products and services, ensuring you build a genuine passion for the brand and are motivated to represent it with pride and excellence
* Championing the enquiry process, supporting our Sales Executives with more niche or specific customer questions and requirements, ensuring each interaction is tailored to individual needs and preferences
* Collaborating with the Digital Expert/Marketing team to provide content for a variety of Social Media streams
* Providing in-depth insights to our associates about products and technological updates
* Securely maintaining accurate enquiry information and providing ad-hoc administrative support to our dealership

Do you have what it takes to be an Stratstone colleague? We're looking for someone who is:

* Equipped with previous customer experience, preferably within the automotive or retail industry
* A collaborative team player, who is open to new ideas and appreciates the difference that each person makes
* Confident communicator who can engage, build authentic relationships and establish strong rapport with our customers
* Proficient in utilising computer systems with full knowledge of Microsoft packages
* Passionate for our industry, the people who work in it and the people we serve
