This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Care Manager; to support the growth of our Live in Care function. Unique Senior Care is highly established and successful, currently holding an Outstanding Rating with CQC. Reporting directly to the Registered Manager, you will be overseeing the day-to-day running of Unique Senior Care Live in operations & responsible for a portfolio of Clients within South Warwickshire & Gloucestershire. Ensuring compliance with the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety and adhering to The Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014/Regulations 2009 (Part 4) in all aspects. About Unique Senior Care Unique Senior Care provides outstanding home care services, supporting predominately the elderly. We offer completely bespoke packages of personalised companionship and care to clients to help them maintain their independence and continue to live in their own homes. Job description · Ensure that all client calls are covered by a staff member and that all scheduling is completed in advance of placements. · Have a full understanding and maintain compliance of Unique Senior Care Policies and Procedures. · Ensure that the business maintains 24hour availability via an on - call rota. · The management of all care processes from initial enquiry, whilst maintaining agreed standards. · Work to agreed KPI’s and submission of reports on a timely basis. · Involvement with recruitment and training of staff · Management, including Supervision of /appraisal of all Live in Caregivers · Capacity management, liaising with the recruitment department · Ensuring Caregivers have the correct support & training · A forward thinking approach in constantly improving retention · Care consultations What’s on offer? · £36,150 per annum plus car allowance · 40 hour contract · Pension scheme If you are interested in becoming a Live In Care Manager at Unique Senior Care please apply now!
