Location: Rugby, CV22
Salary: Up to £20 per hour + Overtime
Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 16:00
Friday: 07:00 - 12:00
Optional overtime on SaturdaysContract Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced CNC Miller - Programmer to join a well-established precision engineering company supplying into sectors such as automotive, defence, food & beverage, and power generation.
This is a hands-on role working with bespoke, low-volume components on a wide range of materials including aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel, and plastics.
Key Responsibilities:
Programming CNC milling machines using Siemens controls
Producing small batch, made-to-order parts (1s, 2s, 3s)
Programming both online at the machine and offline using Fusion 360
Working from engineering drawings to tight tolerancesWhat We're Looking For:
Essential:
Strong CNC milling experience
Confident programming with Siemens controls
Able to read and work from technical drawingsDesirable:
Experience using Fusion 360 for offline programmingPay & Benefits:
Up to £20 per hour depending on experience
Regular overtime (10 hours/week average):
Weekdays: Time + 1/3
Saturday: Time + ½
Sunday: Double time
