Team – Treasury
Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office. Full time, 35 hours per week.

* You'll be liaising with internal stakeholders and possibly external contacts, so being able to communicate clearly and professionally
What this role is all about:
As a Senior Treasury Finance Assistant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all payment and receipt transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with banking regulations and internal procedures. You’ll be a key player in maintaining the integrity of our financial systems and supporting internal teams with timely and reliable service.
Key Actions
* Processing all incoming receipts and outgoing payments with precision and speed
* Managing rejections and ensuring accurate updates across Group systems
* Performing daily checks on BACS files to ensure accuracy and compliance with bank cut-off times
* Handling internal queries and action requests with professionalism and clarity
* Supporting bank account reconciliations and payment allocations
* Managing Non-Medex plans, including weekly Direct Debit file creation and query resolution
What do you need to thrive?
* At least 12 months’ experience in an office environment, with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
* Confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders, both via email and phone
* A basic understanding of Excel
* Previous experience in a finance processing role is highly desirable
