We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects.

Your missions
Project Planning & Strategy
* Lead project plans, define scope, objectives, and timelines (NEC principles/guidelines).
* Collaborate with stakeholders to establish requirements and success criteria.
Project Execution & Monitoring
* Ensure projects meet plans, budgets, and schedules.
* Track progress, monitor milestones, and address risks.
Stakeholder Management
* Build strong relationships with senior management, clients, and partners.
* Communicate updates, risks, and issues clearly and promptly.
Resource & Budget Management
* Optimize resource allocation and manage project budgets.
* Monitor expenditures and ensure budget compliance.
Risk & Issue Management
* Identify and mitigate risks, develop strategies to minimize disruptions.
Quality Assurance
* Ensure high‑quality project deliverables and continuous improvement.
Team Leadership
* Lead, guide, and foster a collaborative team culture.
Strategic Alignment
* Align projects with organisational goals and provide input on prioritisation.

Qualifications
* 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Proven success in managing complex projects throughout the project lifecycle.
* In‑depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices, ideally aligned with NEC principles.
* Strong stakeholder management abilities, with experience in influencing and managing expectations at all levels.
* Background in engineering consultancy and experience in infrastructure projects.
* Demonstrable experience in running NEC projects, change control management, risk management, and budget management.
* APM Project Professional Qualification or equivalent.
* NEC Project Manager certification or MAPM qualification is desirable.

Hybrid working
This role requires the successful candidate to hold (or be able to obtain) a minimum of a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance.
Due to the nature of work this role will be delivering and for the protection of certain assets, the successful candidate has to be a sole UK national.
