The St Vincent de Paul Society (England & Wales) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Advice & Immigration Team Manager to lead our Bradford-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-driven organisation committed to social justice and community support.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of up to 10 staff in delivering high-quality advice and immigration services.
* Ensure services meet contractual, legal, and organisational standards.
* Maintain compliance with GDPR, Health & Safety, and SVP policies.
* Oversee audits, quality assessments, and staff development.
* Monitor performance, manage workflows, and report on outcomes.
* Develop and expand services in line with strategic goals.
* Represent SVP at national events and identify new funding opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Proven experience managing advice services and staff.
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, HR procedures, and compliance.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
Desirable:
* Understanding of the SVP’s mission and values.
* Full UK driving licence.
