Job Overview
You will supervise the day-to-day smooth running of the department, motivate the team to drive performance, and ensure all activities are completed on time and in a professional manner. This role will lead, guide, and support the team to deliver excellent customer service to our customers. Additionally, you will support the Contact Centre Management team in recruiting, inducting, and developing the capabilities of all new and existing colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage retail operations, resources, and customer service within the branch, including line management of the Weekend Retail Assistant, coaching, and developing a multi-skilled team.
2. Conduct regular colleague reviews to enhance engagement and support development, emphasizing a safety-first culture.
3. Deliver structured daily briefings to ensure all colleagues work towards key business metrics and KPIs aligned with goals.
4. Ensure all retail counter areas comply with health and safety legislation.
5. Maintain full compliance with branch standards to achieve operational excellence.
6. Ensure operational efficiency and a safety-first culture, including completion of relevant e-learning modules.
7. Lead a customer-focused retail team, promoting a customer-first attitude and ensuring service excellence.
8. Adhere to processes for returns, credits, and warranties to enhance customer experience.
9. Maintain stock availability through accurate stock movement processes.
10. Deliver efficient service levels, including pick-to-manifest times and SLAs.
11. Collaborate with operations and sales teams to maximize customer opportunities.
12. Minimize customer effort by ensuring a robust Click & Collect process.
13. Support branch growth through best-in-class retail practices, stock management, and SLAs.
14. Ensure retail operations are compliant with financial audits.
