The Role:
As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you’ll be responsible for guiding potential buyers through the exciting journey of purchasing their new home. From initial inquiry to handing over the keys, your role is to deliver a first-class customer experience that builds confidence and trust.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and qualify prospective buyers at the sales office and show homes.
*
Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and matching them with the right property.
*
Manage the full sales process, from reservation through to exchange and completion.
*
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, visits, sales progress, and CRM entries.
*
Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction.
*
Meet or exceed sales targets and uphold brand standards.
About You:
*
Previous experience in new homes sales or a high-end customer service/sales role.
*
Passionate about property and providing a premium service.
*
Confident, well-presented, and a natural communicator.
*
Able to work weekends and bank holidays (with days off during the week).
*
Full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred).
