Pay: £13-15ph DOE + Uncapped Bonus (piece work based)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Tape Edger to join our mattress manufacturing team based in LS27 (Morley). This is a permanent, full-time role offering consistent hours, an early finish on Fridays, and uncapped bonus potential based on piece work productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Operate tape edging machinery efficiently and safely
Ensure a high-quality finish on all mattress products
Work to production targets to earn performance-based bonuses
Follow health & safety standards in the workplace
Requirements
Previous experience as a tape edger or in mattress manufacturing essential
Good attention to detail and consistency in work
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
