Purpose of the role
To establish and nurture profitable partnerships with both corporate and individual clients, acting as the bridge between the bank's offerings and clients' needs to ensure mutual benefit and long-term success.
Accountabilities
* Manage client relationships to identify financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance, supporting data analysis from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.
* Research industry trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment to inform strategic recommendations.
* Design customized solutions addressing clients' specific needs, incorporating a range of bank products and services.
* Communicate the value proposition, justify recommendations, and negotiate beneficial terms for both parties.
* Provide guidance on financial decisions, including investment advice, risk management, and wealth strategies, with updates on market trends.
* Assess and mitigate financial, legal, and operational risks associated with client relationships.
* Document all interactions, transactions, and agreements for transparency and audit purposes.
* Monitor client satisfaction, revenue, and other metrics to evaluate relationship management effectiveness.
