As Account Director, youll lead and develop a team of managers to deliver outstanding customer service and operational performance. Youll manage multi-million-pound P&Ls, oversee contract compliance, and align service delivery with strategic business objectives. Working closely with clients and internal teams, youll identify growth opportunities, implement best practices, and drive innovation. Regular client meetings, performance reviews, and negotiations will be key to maintaining high standards and achieving business targets.
