Job Opportunity: Bodyshop Manager - Bury St Edmunds
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm (1-hour lunch)
Salary (DOE): Up to £65,000 OTE

About the Role - Bodyshop Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to lead an award-winning and highly successful bodyshop at our Bury St Edmunds dealership.
You'll be responsible for managing a close-knit team of six productives, ensuring efficiency, quality, and exceptional customer satisfaction across all repair and refinish operations.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Oversee day-to-day bodyshop operations to achieve performance targets
* Maintain the highest standards of repair quality and customer service
* Lead, motivate, and develop a small, skilled team of bodyshop professionals
* Manage productivity, workflow, and operational KPIs
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and manufacturer standards
* Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
