Role responsibilities
We are currently recruiting for a Retail Fraud Assistant to deliver components of the TfW revenue protection strategy. To compile work packages for investigation and provide support for such investigations, including prosecution case files as appropriate. This role will also support the wider revenue protection remit and interface with internal and external stakeholders, while also providing some administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Analyzing data obtained from scans to identify trends in digital fraud to reduce harm to the business.
* Preparing evidence packs from scan data for each individual offender.
* Designing and maintaining tailored contact templates for each individual workstream.
* Compiling and maintaining records containing information of all contact with offenders and the up-to-date progress of each individual case, handled in line with GDPR.
Who we’re looking for
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
* Customer-centric mindset.
* Highly numerate.
Welsh Language Skills
The ability to speak/write Welsh would be a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role.
