What you will do:
* Conduct home visits to assess family environments, strengths, and support needs.
* Undertake holistic assessments using a multi-disciplinary approach to develop and implement effective care and support plans.
* Facilitate support groups, workshops, and family engagement activities to promote positive family relationships and resilience.
* Build trusting and effective relationships with families to promote children’s wellbeing and development.
* Provide timely interventions during crisis situations alongside planned support to strengthen family functioning.
