The Role and Key Responsibilities
As a CMU Analyst, you'll work closely with our CMU Manager to ensure our team completes all tasks, including reporting, migration, and remediation, following best practices. You'll collaborate with clients to meet their needs and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Your main responsibility will be to deliver these services accurately and on time, adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
* Maintain and deliver accurate MI for client discussions and reviews
* Manage IPD cash collections reports for each assigned portfolio, ensuring the team meets all SLAs
* Identify and implement process and system improvements
* Assist with onboarding new clients and handle ad hoc projects as they arise
* Positively contribute to the team’s goals and deadlines
* Collaborate with the CMU Manager to build strong relationships locally and with colleagues in other locations, ensuring seamless and top-quality service
Experience and Requirements
* Third level qualification in Finance or a related discipline
* 3-4 years of experience in banking or financial services
* Strong skills in financial analysis, organization, and time management, with the ability to meet strict deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel
* Focused on delivering results, able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Effective communicator and negotiator, comfortable interacting at all levels
* Organised, with the ability to prioritize and ensure critical tasks are completed accurately
Desirable
* APA or QFA qualification
* Experience in a client-facing role
