Join LSH Auto as a Service Advisor for Mercedes-Benz at our prestigious dealership in Tamworth. We are seeking an exceptional individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and an eye for detail in the automotive sector. As a key member of our team, you will ensure customers receive the highest quality of service for their Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
Hours - 45
Salary - £30,387 Plus additional bonus £16,000 - OTE £46,387
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Recording customer enquiries and vehicle concerns accurately
* Providing clear service estimates and timelines to customers
* Collaborating with our skilled technicians for efficient service execution
* Keeping customers updated on their vehicle status throughout the service process
* Resolving any customer issues or complaints effectively
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Experience as a Service Advisor, preferably within the automotive sector
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
* A good understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes
* The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with service management software or tools
* A valid UK driver's licence
