* strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to deal sensitively and professionally with customers who may be experiencing heightened emotions
* willingness to learn and develop, and to apply existing skills, knowledge and experience positively within the role
* to be educated to level 3 standard or have clear evidence of an equivalent level of knowledge and experience
The team
Through a strong commitment to quality and compassion, the service ensures the timely, respectful, and accurate registration of births and deaths, along with the efficient issue of certificates.

The office operates Monday to Friday, with public opening hours from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
