What you’ll be doing

1. Daily control of the email inbox, loading proposals, pay outs, enquiries and any other emails received.
2. Assisting the sales team with quoting, checking documents and general queries.
3. Communicating with the funding panel to assist with proposals and pay outs.
4. Updating the work in progress and presenting this to line manager on a weekly basis.
5. Updating all funders rates when required and sending the information to team members.

About You

What you’ll bring to the team

9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10. Ability to produce work to a consistently high standard.
11. Excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure, to use initiative and to recognise and act upon priorities.
12. Integrity, respect for confidentiality, sound judgement and decision-making skills.
13. Willing and able to adopt a flexible approach as required, using initiative to multi-task and work on several assignments simultaneously and to tight schedules.

Working hours

Hybrid working 37.5 Hours per week – 08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday - 2 days per week in the Edinburgh Office, 3 days per week at home.
