Job Description
* Building strong relationships with trade partners and distributors across global markets
* Managing customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery
* Acting as a key point of contact for sales and order queries
* Supporting pipeline management, processing inbound leads and maintaining accurate forecasts
* Coordinating technical support enquiries with internal teams
* Delivering a professional, confident and engaging customer experience at every touchpoint
* Ensuring all administration and data entry is accurate and up to date

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Ideally 1–3 years’ experience in a sales, customer service, or administrative role
* A confident, engaging communication style
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive, “can-do” attitude!
