With a strong reputation for delivering innovative solutions, we continue to grow and are now looking for a Site & Service Coordinator to support our installation and aftercare operations.
About the Role
As Site & Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in organising and supporting site installation projects and service activities. Working closely with project managers, engineers, and customers, you will ensure that installations and service visits are well-planned, resourced, and delivered on time. This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires excellent organisational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate site installation schedules, ensuring labour, tools, and materials are planned effectively
* Liaise with customers to arrange site access, permits, and compliance documentation
* Support service operations, including planned maintenance and reactive call-outs
* Act as the first point of contact for site teams, providing updates and resolving logistical issues
* Ensure health & safety requirements are met across all site activities
* Maintain accurate records of site work, service visits, and project progress
* Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of projects and services
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a coordination, planning, or project support role within an engineering or construction environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident dealing with customers and site staff
* Good understanding of health & safety processes and site compliance requirements
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
* IT literate (Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, etc.)
