Job Description
We’re looking for a social-first Marketing Executive who knows how to create content that captures attention and drives engagement. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing our West Midlands designer outlet centre to life across digital—driving footfall, sales, and online buzz.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own the day-to-day management of our social channels, website, and email—keeping content fresh, on-brand, and relevant. From planning scroll-stopping campaigns and briefing photo/video shoots, to jumping on trends and collaborating with retailers to promote new launches, offers, and events—you’ll help shape how we show up online. You’ll also track performance closely, using insights and data to refine content and continuously improve results.
Qualifications
* A strong understanding of social media and digital storytelling.
* A creative eye for content, with the confidence to bring new ideas forward.
* Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* An interest in retail and fashion (highly desirable).
* Experience with content tools, CMS platforms, and editing software (e.g. Photoshop).
