Your responsibilities will include: ✔ Leading and supporting care teams throughout each shift ✔ Delivering outstanding person-centred dementia care ✔ Supervising and mentoring Care Assistants ✔ Administering and overseeing medication where appropriate ✔ Supporting care planning and resident wellbeing ✔ Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and best practice ✔ Building positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals ✔ Leading by example and promoting a positive team culture What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: ✔ Experienced in residential, nursing, or dementia care ✔ A confident and supportive leader ✔ Passionate about delivering exceptional care ✔ Compassionate, patient, and professional ✔ Organised and able to manage priorities effectively ✔ Knowledgeable about dementia care and safeguarding practices ✔ Committed to developing both themselves and others Essential: ✔ Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant, Team Leader, or similar role ✔ NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) ✔ Medication administration experience ✔ Good understanding of CQC regulations and person-centred care More Than a Job – A Career This is an opportunity to join a care home that genuinely invests in its people.
