As a Patient Service Advisor at Specsavers, you’ll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of optical administration including NHS forms and triaging, answering calls and general queries, updating & filing records, and managing appointments. The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service that will support the store’s success.
Our store is based in Dumfries.
The role
* Answering calls to the store
* Booking appointments over the phone
* Dealing with queries
* Administrative tasks supporting the day-to-day running of the store such as NHS administration, processing orders and managing clinics

* Salary £12.41 per hour
* Working hours 30 (may include Saturdays)
