Job Duties:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for primary school students
2. Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians
3. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
4. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience
5. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions
Required Qualifications:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
7. Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a primary school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
9. Strong classroom management skills
10. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
11. Proficient in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
Preferred Qualifications:
12. Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
13. Specialist training in a specific subject area
Working Conditions:
14. Regular school hours with occasional evening or weekend work for events
15. Classroom-based teaching with some outdoor activities and field trips
