About the Role
Being a Chef at Butlin’s is a unique role where you can combine your passion for food and cooking with creating memorable experiences for our guests every day.
As a Chef de Partie, you will collaborate with a talented team of chefs to prepare a variety of dishes across our buffet venues. You will work alongside a Junior Kitchen Manager and oversee small teams of commis chefs to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently.
You will be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to set recipes and brand standards, while complying with Food Safety Management System protocols.
Joining Butlin’s includes enrollment in our Award-Winning Chef Academy, which offers a fun and educational environment to develop your skills and advance your culinary career.
About You
We seek motivated individuals eager to progress within a fast-paced and exciting brand. Prior experience at a similar level is essential. Leadership experience and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are important to keep our buffet running smoothly during various guest breaks.
REQUIRED: LEVEL 3 FOOD SAFETY
We support your career growth by helping you achieve a Level 2 or Level 3 Professional Cookery qualification through our acclaimed Butlins Chef Academy.
