As Pretty Lavish grows, we are looking for a passionate, hardworking, and humble individual to join us in this new role within the Operations & Logistics team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain visibility into the supply chain, an imperative part of our business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Creating packing lists and commercial invoices for wholesale partners to ensure smooth entry of goods into relevant countries.
2. Reviewing shipping documentation from suppliers to ensure compliance within tolerance levels.
3. Ordering labels for wholesale partners to meet relevant compliance guidelines.
4. Assisting the Logistics Executive with moving goods from international factories and shipping to wholesale partners like Selfridges & ASOS.
5. Supporting ASOS admin tasks (Barcodes, ASNs, booking follow-ups, DNs).
6. Arranging DHL shipments for samples to and from HQ and international factories.
7. Completing ASOS commercial invoices for in-transit shipments.
8. Raising 3PL purchase orders for inbound shipments.
9. Updating Zedonk to reflect ex-factory dates for reporting.
10. Verifying commodity codes are accurate and compliant with government guidelines.
11. Arranging ad-hoc stock collections and deliveries from 3PL and Head Office.
12. Performing ad-hoc Operations & Logistics tasks as needed for the wider business.
